Each wedding story is unique and different. Capturing and telling that story requires a unique approach for each wedding. We would like to get to know you, who you are, what you do, what you like and don't like, so your wedding photography will tell the story that reflects your style and personality.
As you consider your wedding plans and your wedding photography, do you think a four or five hour time slot will tell the whole story? We feel strongly that to capture your story, we need to commit the whole day to you. That is why all of our packages include unlimited time on the day of your wedding - from getting ready until you leave your reception.
We will work around your schedule. You worked hard to plan out your day. Our style is relaxed and friendly. Couples love out friendly attitude and flexibility because the last thing you need is stress from your photographer. Without time pressures, we can capture natural photos from the day.
The storyteller's job is to tell the story, not create it. We will never direct the action of your wedding. Our style is to capture the action without being seen. After all, your guests come to the wedding to see you getting married, not your photographer. This means no flash during the ceremony, and staying out of the way.
We really like to take the "formal" out of formal shots. When you look back at your album, we want you to smile and remember the fun and excitement of the day, not just who was there. Timing is also important. With careful planning, the time between your ceremony and reception can be minimized and get you on to the reception.
The details make the day. What happens between "Once upon a time" and "they lived happily ever after"? A lot of time goes into creating the details of the wedding day. They are all part of the story and need to be remembered.
The ceremony is over - you're married! Now the fun can start with the reception. You will never forget that first dance together, or with your father. Dancing, partying, visiting with your friends. Cutting the cake, throwing your bouquet. It all happens so fast. Your photographs will preserve it all.
